Different problems need different levels of intervention. The question isn’t whether something needs attention.
It’s how far you’re prepared to go to fix it properly.

Best for surface-level issues
This package focuses on improving day-to-day communication within the team.
Each team member completes a DISC assessment, which we use as a shared reference point during a facilitated workshop.
The aim is to make differences visible, reduce unnecessary friction and give the team a common language for how they work together.
This work helps teams understand each other better. It does not address deeper structural or leadership issues, which often sit underneath communication problems.
Investment starts from £50 per team member.

Owner-focused clarity & direction
This package focuses on you as the business owner or team leader.
We work together to clarify what you want from the business, identify what isn’t working and name the decisions that have been sitting unresolved.
The outcome is a clear direction and a practical plan you can take forward with your team.
This work creates clarity and momentum at leadership level. It does not involve working directly inside the business or redesigning processes, roles, or structures, which are often required when issues are systemic.
Investment starts from £997

Hands-on, inside the business
This is the most comprehensive level of work.
Here, I work inside the business across leadership, team dynamics roles, processes and decision-making.
This includes direct conversations with the team and active involvement in shaping and implementing change.
This work addresses the structural, operational, and behavioural patterns that keep problems recurring.
It is designed for situations where clarity alone is no longer enough and the way the business operates needs to change.
Investment depends on full project scope and business size.
This work is for people who feel stuck at work, but can’t quite name why or what to do next.
This is for you if:
You keep going back and forth about your role or company
The same patterns show up across different jobs or teams
Leadership feels heavier than you expected
You know something needs to change, but every option feels risky
This isn’t about fixing you or motivating you, but about creating enough clarity to make a decision you can stand behind.
We work through:
what’s actually happening in your current situation
the options available to you (not the imagined ones)
the trade-offs you’re avoiding
the decision that keeps getting postponed
The aim is not endless self-reflection. It’s movement and finally making that decision.
This work is practical, contained, and decision-led and it uses the same principles I apply in business settings: clarity first, then action.
