Over two decades of working with and within teams has taught me one thing: when people, goals and systems are aligned, everything flows. When they’re not, chaos takes over.

As a Fractional Chief Alignment Officer, I help small business owners turn vision into execution - building clarity, structure and accountability that make growth sustainable.

I’m also a Certified DISC Practitioner, published author and team strategist dedicated to helping teams actually deliver on the vision.
